Marieanne has studied dance nearly all of her life and has been an instructor for over two decades.  She is a member of Carolina Dance Masters and CLOG and is certified through Dance Masters of America in jazz and tap and also through CLOG’s Certified Clogging Instructors Program and has taught at their National Convention in Las Vegas.  She has studied at DMA’s Teachers Training School and NC School of the Arts in drama, and has always enjoyed attending workshops learning from a vast variety of artists. 

Marieanne has been very successful winning many awards at both regional and national competitions receiving the honor of several “Top Choreography” awards for tap and clogging.   She has many years of experience as a judge and believing that there must be a fairer way, are just a few of the reasons that prompted her to begin Marvonna.
